Key Staff

Suzanne Evans
I have worked in the care sector since 2003, and as a registered manager of care homes since 2007. After an early career in human resources I started in the care sector by supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, and then moved to nursing care and homes for older adults.
I value the privilege of being part of people’s journey at a time when they are most in need, and take pride in working alongside the committed team at Deer Park Nursing Home, who are so sincerely compassionate and dedicated in their roles.

Amanda Williams
I have worked as a home manager in the private sector as well as with the NHS, having started out as a healthcare assistant before qualifying as a nurse.
I particularly enjoy building a rapport with the residents and their family members, creating a trusting relationship in order to enhance the lives of the people we care for.

Amanda Southwick
Nursing is a family tradition for me, and I am passionate about providing high-quality care.
I have spent over two decades working in health and social care, including as a hospice nurse and as a gastro nurse in a large hospital. My diverse experience enables me to contribute effectively to the support of our residents as well as to their families, friends, and carers.

David Hill
I’ve been a nurse since 1983, serving across NHS specialities and in military deployments to conflict zones abroad. Throughout my career, I’ve always believed that the most vulnerable in our society deserve a voice, protection, and the freedom to live full and joyful lives.
Location
