TOP MARKS IN INDEPENDENT REVIEWS FOR BUTTERFLY LODGE

Staff at Butterfly Lodge are celebrating the news that they have been awarded the highest possible score by carehome.co.uk for the care they provide, due to the very positive feedback submitted to the care sector’s industry-leading website by residents’ families.

The platform is the UK’s most visited care home review website attracting over 15 million visits per year, largely from families seeking a care home for a loved one, and it features over 16,500 listings.

Manager Clare Sinclair said: “Every testimonial that appears on carehome.co.uk is read by one of their team members who independently checks each one to verify authenticity.

“This means people can trust them and know they can believe what they read, which is exactly what you want when you’re facing the challenge of establishing which home will be right for your loved one.

“We would like to say a huge thank-you to the 87 family members and friends of our residents who have taken the time to write and submit such lovely reviews of Butterfly Lodge.

“We couldn’t be more delighted about being awarded an overall 10 out of 10 for the way we support our residents: such a great reflection of all the love and effort we put into our work every day.

  • Would just like to say what a wonderful nursing home this is. I don’t visit very often but when I do I’m always made to feel so welcome. Everyone goes above and beyond in this home. Always happy to help. They care and they understand what families are going through and most of all what residents need.
  • Lovely caring, inclusive home with friendly hard-working staff that treat residents with respect, dignity and kindness. Always events on with entertainment and regular trips out in the minibus.
  • The staff at this care home are excellent. They are really caring with the residents and very friendly with relatives that are visiting. It is also spotless. They have a great activity team to keep the residents active and happy. Overall very happy with everything.
  • Amazing staff that provide excellent day to day care. Friendly, supportive and encouraging. Lovely environment with a lovely team whoever is on duty.
  • Warm and welcoming staff on arrival. Helpful and enthusiastic. Nothing was to much trouble. My Uncle looked amazingly well. He was happy and upbeat and said he is happy within the establishment. Overall a feel-good factor around and other residents appeared to be happy.
